January

Mainly social and low committment activities:

Satuday morning Kickabouts:

• Kick Off 8:30AM, meet a bit earlier to allow preps.
• Finish with a nice dive into the river.
• High Tide café is a great option before going back to our day.
• Tip: Some arrive around 8am for extra fitness.

A bit of fitness:

• 16th Jan to 30th Jan. Meet 5:45 to start 6pm.
• 30' fitness and a game.

Preseason & Player trials

Coaches meet players and start preparations for the season.

• Men: Wednesdays from 31st January.

• Women: Thursdays from 15th February.

• Youth: To be defined

Season

It gets serius

• Men Senior Leagues start on 6th of April
• Women Senior Leagues start on 7th of April
• 11th Grade, 12th Grade and U13 start 29th April
